Ingredients
- 1 slice smoked ham (1 1/2 inches thick)
- 4 gingersnaps, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. onion juice
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- 1/4 c. raisins
Method
- Broil ham for about 15 minutes, turning often.
- Mix all other ingredients.
- Cook on moderate heat until smooth.
- Serve on ham.
