Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Blend eggs, salad oil and carrots.
- Add remaining ingredients and beat well.
- Put in 3 cake tins (8-inch).
- Bake at 350° about 30 minutes.
- Cool in pans 10 minutes.
