Ingredients
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Grease and flour tube pan.
- Mix together oil, eggs and sugar. Sift together all dry ingredients.
- Add to egg mixture, then add nuts and carrots.
- Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
- Use Carrot Cake Frosting (found elsewhere).
