Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 18 cups Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 18 teaspoons Pepper
  • 2 cups Fat Free Milk
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil, Chopped

Method

  • In a skillet, saute garlic in oil until tender.
  • Stir in flour, salt and pepper until blended (mixture will be thick).
  • Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
  • Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes (or more) or until thickened.
  • Remove from heat; gradually stir in cheese and basil until cheese is melted.
  • Serve over hot cooked pasta.
