Ingredients
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 18 cups Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 18 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 cups Fat Free Milk
- 1/4 cups Parmesan
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil, Chopped
Method
- In a skillet, saute garlic in oil until tender.
- Stir in flour, salt and pepper until blended (mixture will be thick).
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
- Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes (or more) or until thickened.
- Remove from heat; gradually stir in cheese and basil until cheese is melted.
- Serve over hot cooked pasta.
