Ingredients
- 1/2 c. softened margarine
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. light brown sugar
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- powdered sugar
Method
- Cream the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, beating well.
- Blend in flour, 1/2 cup at a time.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except powdered sugar.
