Ingredients

  • 2 whole chicken breasts, split
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
  • paprika

Method

  • Place chicken in a 9 x 9-inch pan and drizzle with butter. Bake 40 minutes at 375°.
  • Cook broccoli by package directions; drain.
  • Arrange around chicken.
  • Combine soup, milk and cheese and pour over chicken and broccoli.
  • Top with breadcrumbs and paprika. Bake an additional 20 minutes.
  • Serves 2.
