Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 lb skinless chicken breast half, cut into 1-inch strips
Method
- Mix brown sugar, seasoned salt, onion, cinnamon and red pepper in shallow dish.
- Coat chicken strips with spice mixture, and place on greased baking pan.
- Broil 5 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through.
