Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Local Honey (optional)
- 6 whole Figs, Halved
- 1-1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cups Granola
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds, Crushed With Mortar And Pestle
- 2/3 cups Almonds Or Pistachios (nuts Of Your Choice)
Method
- Heat the honey in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once honey is heated roll the halved figs in the honey to cover and cook stirring often for 5-6 minutes or longer depending on how tender you want them to be but being careful not to burn the sugar.
- Divide the yogurt and place in two serving bowls. Top with cooked figs.
- Top with granola, chia seeds, nuts and drizzle with remaining honey.
