Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Local Honey (optional)
  • 6 whole Figs, Halved
  • 1-1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cups Granola
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds, Crushed With Mortar And Pestle
  • 2/3 cups Almonds Or Pistachios (nuts Of Your Choice)

Method

  • Heat the honey in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once honey is heated roll the halved figs in the honey to cover and cook stirring often for 5-6 minutes or longer depending on how tender you want them to be but being careful not to burn the sugar.
  • Divide the yogurt and place in two serving bowls. Top with cooked figs.
  • Top with granola, chia seeds, nuts and drizzle with remaining honey.
