Ingredients
- 4 qts. popped corn
- 1 stick butter (margarine)
- 1 c. brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 c. light Karo syrup
- 1 c. dry roasted peanuts
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix together butter, syrup and sugar in pan over medium heat until it boils.
- Boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla.
- Pour over popcorn.
- Put in 200° oven for 1 hour.
- Stir every 15 minutes.
- Add peanuts.
