Ingredients
- 2 lb Halibut
- 1 c. Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Method
- Clean fish, season with salt and pepper, dredge with flour, place in Criscoed baking pan, pour over tomatoes, and dot with Crisco.
- Bake in a moderate oven, basting often.
