Ingredients
- 2 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 20 caramels
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
Method
- Mix caramels and milk in saucepan on stove, stirring until all the caramels melt.
- Remove from heat and put on bottom of crust. Mix cream cheese and sugar with a little milk.
- Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
- Bake in oven at 350° about 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
- When cooled, put in refrigerator. Makes 8 servings.
