Ingredients

  • 2 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 20 caramels
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust

Method

  • Mix caramels and milk in saucepan on stove, stirring until all the caramels melt.
  • Remove from heat and put on bottom of crust. Mix cream cheese and sugar with a little milk.
  • Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Bake in oven at 350° about 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  • When cooled, put in refrigerator. Makes 8 servings.
