Ingredients
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Method
- Cook brown sugar and milk over medium
- heat to the soft ball stage (230°).
- Remove from stove and add cream of tartar. Stir very little to blend the cream
- of tartar.
- Set aside and cool to lukewarm.
- Beat until it thickens to frost cake.
