Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 c. uncooked oats
- 1/3 c. caramel or chocolate chips
- nuts
Method
- Melt caramels in the water in double boiler.
- Remove from heat and stir in coconut, oats and nuts.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Shape into 2 (12-inch) rolls.
- Frosted with melted chips.
- Refrigerate. Cut into 1/4-inch slices.
