Ingredients
- FOR THE HONEY SYRUP:
- 1/2 ounces, fluid Water
- 1/2 ounces, fluid Honey
- FOR THE COCKTAIL:
- 1-1/2 ounce, fluid Rye Whiskey (Sonoma Distilling Company)
- 1/2 ounces, fluid Yellow Chartreuse
- 3/4 ounces, fluid Lemon Juice
- 3/4 ounces, fluid Honey Syrup
- 2 dashes Celery Bitters
- 1 sprig Celery, For Garnish
Method
- For the honey syrup:
- Mix warm water and honey until well incorporated.
- For the cocktail:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a bucket glass. Add fresh ice and celery sprig garnish.
