Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 5 pounds vine ripe tomatoes chopped in big pieces (about 8 pieces per tomatoe)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup basil
- 1 pound anglehair pasta
Method
- heat oil in pan. add garlic for 30 seconds. add tomatoes and generous amount of salt and pepper. add 3/4's of the basil. keep heat on high/medium high. cook until sauce forms about 4-5 minutes. toss with hot pasta and rest of basil. top with parmasean cheese.
