Ingredients
- small firm green tomatoes
- 8 (1 qt.) canning jars
- 8 cloves garlic
- 8 stalks celery
- 8 hot peppers
- 8 heads dill
- 2 qt. water
- 1 qt. cider vinegar
- 1 c. salt
Method
- Select small firm green tomatoes and pack into sterilized jars. To each quart, add 1 clove of garlic, 1 stalk of celery, 1 hot pepper and 1 head of dill.
