Ingredients
- 1 whole cut up chicken or 4 breasts, split (8 pieces)
- 1 c. white cooking wine
- 1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Flour and brown chicken.
- Place in shallow baking dish.
- Stir and heat in saucepan cooking wine, soy sauce and sugar.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake at 250° for 2 hours or until sauce of barbecue consistency.
- Turn chicken over at least once.
