Ingredients
- 1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 pt. Marshmallow Creme
- 1/4 tsp. almond
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 lb. caramels
- 1 Tbsp. water
- chopped pecans
Method
- Mix powdered sugar, Marshmallow Creme, almond and vanilla. Knead until stiff.
- Shape into rolls and freeze.
- Melt caramels and 2 tablespoons water in double boiler.
- Dip rolls in caramel and immediately roll in chopped pecans.
