Ingredients
- 6 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 6 Tbsp. oleo
Method
- Peel and slice potatoes. Mix brown sugar and seasonings; sprinkle over potatoes. Dot with butter; cover. Place over low heat. Cook 30 minutes. Remove cover the last 5 minutes to thicken syrup. Turn potatoes to glaze. Yield: 8 servings.
