Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 slices Canadian bacon
- 8 eggs
- 1 12 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
- 18 teaspoon pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Use butter to grease 4 shallow 1-cup ramekins.
- Line bottom of dishes with Canadian bacon, cutting to fit if necessary.
- Carefully break 2 eggs, side by side, into each dish.
- Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over eggs.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes until eggs are just set and cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with parsley and pepper and serve.
