Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce cranberry juice
- Ice
- 1 ounce peach schnapps
- 1/2 lemon, cut into pieces, plus 1 lemon wedge for garnish
- 1/2 ounce fresh orange juice
- 1 ounce Campari
Method
- In a highball glass, muddle the lemon pieces, then fill the glass with ice.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Campari, schnapps and juices and shake well.
- Strain into the highball glass and garnish with the lemon wedge.
