Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. cherry jello (small)
  • 1 pkg. strawberry jello (small)
  • 2 c. boiling hot water
  • 1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
  • 3 bananas or 4
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (save juice)
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • juice (from pineapple)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (8 to 10 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • coconut

Method

  • Mix well cherry jello, strawberry jello and hot water.
  • Mix marshmallows, bananas, pineapple and nuts all up.
  • Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
  • Cook the following on top of stove until thick but do not boil:
  • sugar, juice from pineapple, eggs, flour and cream cheese.
  • Stir constantly.
  • Spread over refrigerated jello evenly. Refrigerate.
  • Let cool.
  • On top spread Cool Whip.
  • Top with coconut.
