Ingredients
- 1 (4 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. corn meal
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, grated
- 1 (4 oz.) can or 1/2 c. chiles, cut up
Method
- Mix corn meal, soda and salt.
- Mix corn, oil, milk and eggs. Combine the mixtures.
- Add chiles and cheese; mix well.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350° in greased, uncovered casserole or favorite baking pan.
