Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 large fresh tomato, chopped
- 1/3 c. parsley, chopped
- 1/3 c. sliced olives
- 4 oz. spaghetti or penne
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Saute onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and cook until mushy.
- Add other ingredients and toss with pasta.
