Ingredients

  • 8 cups Popped Popcorn
  • 10 ounces, weight White Chocolate Chips Or Wafers
  • 1/4 cups Dry Yellow Cake Mix
  • 3 Tablespoons Rainbow Sprinkles

Method

  • Line two baking pans with parchment paper.
  • Set aside.
  • Pour popcorn into a large bowl and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, melt chocolate chips until smooth, stirring every 1520 seconds so it doesnt burn.
  • Pour white chocolate and cake mix over popcorn and stir gently until fully combined.
  • Gently fold in rainbow sprinkles.
  • Pour popcorn onto lined baking pans and let set until hardened.
  • Once popcorn is set, break into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
