Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Dry Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh grnd black pepper
  • 4 whl boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil

Method

  • Combine first 7 ingredients in a heavy-duty, ziplock plastic bag.
  • Place one chicken breast half in bag; seal bag, and shake till chicken is well coated.
  • Remove chicken, and repeat procedure with remaining chicken.
  • Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat till warm.
  • Add in chicken, and cook 3 to 4 min on each side or possibly till lightly browned.
