Ingredients
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 lemon rind, grated
Method
- Pour milk into tray.
- Chill until ice crystals begin to form. Beat egg yolk and sugar.
- Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Beat egg white until stiff and fold into yolk mixture.
- Whip milk stiff, fold in lemon juice and rind.
- Lightly fold in egg mixture.
- Pour into trays and freeze.
