Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot or mild sausage
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 large jar mushrooms, do not drain
- 3 Tbsp. beef bouillon
- 2 c. dry rice
Method
- Chop onions.
- Add sausage and brown together in a large pan. Add mushrooms, beef bouillon and dry rice.
- Cook together until rice is browned nicely.
- Add 4 cups water.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook, covered, approximately 20 minutes.
