Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 tsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 squirt Sweet*10
- 1 tsp. mustard or Dijon
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 eggs or egg substitute
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 pkg. fresh chopped Parmesan cheese (3 oz.)
Method
- In large bowl, mix first 6 ingredients and add the next 3 ingredients.
- Add 1 package greens (spinach) and croutons.
