- salt
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Tabasco sauce
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 bunches romaine lettuce
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
- 1 can anchovies, drained
- 1 egg, boiled for 60 seconds
- 1/2 c. croutons
- Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Sprinkle bottom of a wooden bowl with salt and rub it with garlic.
- Add mustard, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce and stir with a wooden spoon until salt dissolves.
