Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Mazola oil
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 2 egg yolks, well beaten
- 3 to 4 pieces garlic
- 1 echalotte (scallion)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan cheese (at choice)
- cream (at choice)
Method
- Mix all ingredients in blender.
