Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 12 slices bacon, crumbled
- water
Method
- Core cabbage; wash and cut coarsely.
- Fry bacon in large skillet until crisp.
- Add cabbage and stir-fry until it wilts. Add onion and keep cooking, stirring well.
- Add a little water and cover.
- Lower heat and continue cooking until cabbage is done.
