Ingredients
- 2 C self-rising flour
- 2 T sugar
- 1 egg
- 1.5-2 C milk
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 T melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Method
- Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add next 4 ingredients, stirring just until moist. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased skillet, turning once.
