Ingredients
- 8 or 10 large cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. ground chuck beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large can tomato soup
Method
- Drop cabbage into boiling salted water for a few minutes to soften leaves.
- Combine beef, onion, rice, egg, salt and pepper and a couple tablespoons of tomato soup.
