Ingredients
- 1 small can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 large pkg. Philly cream cheese
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- garlic powder to taste
- 1 pkg. dried beef
Method
- Mix first four ingredients and spread over beef.
- Roll up beef and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Cut into 2-inch slices and serve.
