Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 small onion
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- pepper
- salt
Method
- Melt half stick of
- butter in bottom of casserole dish. Brown ground beef and drain.
- Chop
- cabbage
- and put in bottom of dish. Saute bell pepper
- and
- onion
- in
- 1/4 stick butter. Pour over cabbage.
- Sprinkle salt
- and pepper.
- Spread ground beef and smooth can of tomato
- soup over
- that.
- Cook at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
