Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 small can pimentos
- 1 c. grated cheese (add last)
Method
- Cook cabbage in salt water; do not overcook.
- Place in a large casserole dish a layer of cabbage.
- Mix all other ingredients except cheese together and pour 1/2 of soup mixture over cabbage. Repeat layers and bake at 350° until bubbly.
- Before taken out of oven, sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheese and let melt.
