Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage, shredded (2 qt.)
- 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. grated American cheese
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs, buttered
Method
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Cook cabbage in boiling water (salted) 10 minutes; drain well.
- Place in baking dish (10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch). Blend soup, milk and cheese.
- Heat until cheese is melted. Pour over cabbage.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bread crumbs turn golden brown.
