Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cabbage
  • 200 grams Baby scallops
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Finely chopped parsley

Method

  • Chop the cabbage.
  • Combine the sake, water, and soy sauce in a pot.
  • Add the cabbage to the pot, then top with the scallops.
  • Sprinkle with pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Turn the heat to medium.
  • Once it begins to sizzle, cover with a lid and reduce the heat to low.
  • After about 15 minutes, the cabbage should be wilted.
  • Garnish with parsley and enjoy.
