- 1 cup butter
- 12 cup cocoa
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 34 cups flour
- 12 tablespoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 2 13 cups powdered sugar
- 12 teaspoon mint extract
- 1 -2 drop green food coloring
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon corn syrup
Method
- Brownie: Melt butter in medium saucepan and mix in cocoa and honey.
- Let cool and beat in the eggs.
- Add sugar and the dry ingredients, mix sparingly.
- Just until the flour is combined.
- Spread in a 9x13 pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Cool completely and top with the mint topping.
- Refrigerate at least one hour and frost with icing.
- Mint topping directions: Soften butter and mix everything together until light and fluffy.
- Chocolate Icing directions: Melt chocolate slowly over the lowest heat, add the whipping cream in when the chocolate is partially melted.
- Add the corn syrup and mix.
- Dribble over the mint topping, spread out evenly and chill.
- Cut into small pieces, these are rich.
