Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine, softened
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Method
- Cream together margarine and sugar.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla. Mix together well.
- Add flour a little at a time until you have worked all the flour in.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Then flour surface and roll out.
- Remember to keep both sides of dough floured.
- Cut out and bake.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350° until lightly browned.
- Best if you frost cookies while they are hot. Use a thin glaze.
