Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 1/4 c. sifted flour
- 1 lb. light brown sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. chopped walnuts
Method
- Cream butter and cheese together.
- Mix in flour a little at a time, creaming after each addition.
- Chill about 3 hours.
- Break off pieces the size of walnuts (depending on size of muffin pan) and with fingers, pat dough to cover bottom and sides of each lightly greased muffin cup.
