Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked zucchini squash, salted and mashed
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 c. chopped onoin (I use green onions)
- 1 can creamed chicken soup
- 1 box (Stove Top) stuffing mix
- 1 stick melted oleo
- grated cheese
Method
- Mix stuffing mix with melted oleo.
- Press 1/2 of the mix into casserole dish for the crust.
- Spread the squash on crust.
- Mix sour cream, onion and cream of chicken soup.
- Spread over the squash.
- Add the rest of the stuffing mix.
- Spread with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
