Ingredients
- 1 (2 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1 large can chow mein noodles
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
Method
- Melt chops over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Add peanut butter and mix until smooth.
- Add noodles to the mixture.
- Remove from heat and stir until all noodles are covered.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
- Place in refrigerator until hard.
