Ingredients
- 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
- 1 tsp. orange extract
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Method
- Foil line an 8-inch pan.
- Spread 1/2 cup walnuts evenly; set aside.
- In heavy pan, combine marshmallow, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt.
- Bring to full boil, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Add butterscotch morsels; stir until morsels melt. Stir in orange and orange rind.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle with remaining walnuts.
- Chill until firm (about 2 hours).
