Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. light brown sugar, packed in c.
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Melt butter.
- Stir in sugar until blended.
- Cool.
- Stir in one egg.
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add vanilla and nuts. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
- Cut brownies while still warm.
