Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained well
- 2 (3 oz. size) pkg. orange Jell-O
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Heat the pineapple juice and add the Jell-O.
- Mix well and cool. Add the buttermilk, Cool Whip and pecans.
- Add the pineapple.
- When mixture begins to congeal, put into mold.
