Ingredients
- 1 large jello (orange, peach, apricot)
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, do not drain
- 1 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 2 cups buttermilk
Method
- Heat pineapple to boiling.
- Dissolve jello in hot pineapple; stirring constantly.
- Let cool.
- Add 2 cups buttermilk.
- Beat well.
- Add Cool Whip.
- (I beat with mixer.)
- Chill.
