Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh salmon
- 5 large ripe, peeled tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped finely
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced thinly, including green tops
- 1/2 c. granulated coarse salt
Method
- Soak salmon in cold water and salt for 3 hours.
- Remove skin and bones of salmon, then shred finely.
- Combine remaining ingredients and chill mixture.
- Just before serving, add several cubes crushed ice.
