Ingredients

  • 14 oz. can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. maple flavoring
  • 2 c. half and half
  • 2 c. whipping cream (not whipped)

Method

  • Melt butter in skillet; add pecans and saut 1 to 2 minutes. In large bowl, combine Eagle Brand, buttered pecans and flavoring; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ice cream freezer container and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Makes 2 quarts. If necessary, add additional milk and 1/2 cup sugar to fill container.
